In China they are called Jiaozi, in Tibet Momos, in Japan Gyoza and in Korea Mandu. Of course there are many more names in many other countries. The common ground? They are all filled dumplings. The difference? The filling and the way they are folded. And of course the preparation. Whenever possible we use regional and biological products.
