Bring a pot half full of water to a boil. The pot should be a little smaller than the steamer, if you bought the steamer from us the diameter of the pot should not be bigger than 26 cm.
Cut a piece of baking paper about the size of the basket and cut some holes in the baking paper.
Put the baking paper into the steamer and place your dumplings in it. Make sure that they do not touch each other, otherwise they will stick together.
Place the steamer on the pot and put the lid on it.
After 8 minutes your dumplings are ready.

Panfried
Heat a tablespoon of cooking oil in a non-stick frying pan.
Put your dumplings into the frying pan and add enough water so that the bottom of the pan is covered with water for about 1cm.
Close the lid and cook your dumplings until all water evaporated.
Remove the lid again and fry the dumplings until they are crispy at the bottom.

Boiled
Bring a pot full of water to a boil.
Add half a teaspoon of salt and after that add the dumplings to the boiling water.
Simmer for 5 minutes without the lid, stir it occasionally to stop the dumplings from sticking together.
Close the lid, turn the heat off and cook your dumplings for 2 more minutes.
